Aircraft at Maroochy/MCY/ YBMC

(L to R) VH-F?? Briiten Norman BN-2A , VH-??? BN-2A Noosa Air Charter, low wing Piper or Beechcraft at Maroochy a/p near Noosa Heads,Qsld 17 February 1981. At BNE/Brisbane I rented an Holden-Ford car at the airport, exited the airport turning left into oncoming traffic (Auzzies drive on left side of road as in the UK. . .I was okay after that). Drove 50 miles north to tourist town of Noosa Heads,Qsld 26°23′53″ S. 153°05′35″E. (free Wikipedia) on the Pacific coast. Stayed overnight . Then with maps , planned to explore each day by travelling south to Sydney in stages of 100 coast line miles & going inland 50 miles. Covered a lot of territory, took 360 slide photographs, drank lots of good Aussi BEER, met lots of nice people, checked out aircraft wherever I could find them.
